Walked in and three Asian ladies sitting at a table stared at me like I wasn’t supposed to be in there. Younger boy comes out and doesn’t even ask me anything or anything, just looks at me. I order two slices of butter pecan cheesecake. He asks if I want anything else and a bag. I say yes. He ties the bag and doesn’t hand it to me? Even though I’m right in front of him? He puts it on the counter out of the way. I really don’t understand that move when we were literally right in front of eachother. Ladies still scaring at me, I assume they’re with the establishment. I came home and tried the cheesecake, it’s not good. It’s like they took butter pecan too literally and it tasted like butter. Like a stick of butter. For the people to be rude you’d assume the food would be good right? Nope! Didn’t feel welcome and the cheesecake wasn’t good and was like 15 dollars for two slices. Not worth it, would never recommend it, will not be coming back.

I was actually on the way to another shop nearby and got attracted by their large posters with pictures of some offered items displayed on their doors. They had ches, varieties of drink options, and desserts. The staff was quite patient and friendly as I tried to navigate the menu. Ended up with the che bo dam (mash avocado with pudding) and the suong sao, hat e, nuoc dua. The looked like ches from Bambu but didn't quite compare. The bo dam was good but the other wasn't as refreshing as I thought it would've been, as it was sort of light and bland. The restroom was clean but there was a big, newly dead cockroach on the floor. Yes, it was on it's back with legs still moving. I'm going to assume it's because they leave their doors wide open during opening hours. Hopefully nothing more serious than that behind the scene.

One of the best boba tea and smoothie shop in San Jose city. They have wide range of selection from teas, coffee and smoothies. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Pros: The staff are friendly and pleasant. There’s a nice display of colorful pastries and plenty of savory options to choose from. Cons: It would be great if the shop could adjust the taste of the iced milk coffee a bit. I’ve tried many iced milk coffees from different places, but this one was hard to drink and I couldn’t finish it. The milk tea was quite mild and didn’t have much tea fragrance. The air conditioning was also not very cool. => This is mainly a drink shop, so it might be worth reviewing the recipes to better match the tastes of your target customers.

I've enjoyed desserts, milk teas, smoothies, and various other items at this establishment over the years. I find their taste and quality to be consistently good. Their menu is extensive, offering a wide range of coffee and tea specials. On a recent weekend evening after dinner, I dropped by and ordered several slices of cake to take with me. It was a delightful way to conclude the evening! However, the only issue I encountered was the variability of their service. At times, you're warmly greeted with a 'Hi! Hello! Welcome!' upon entering, but more often than not, the service lacks the same enthusiasm. It's clear that customer service needs significant improvement. Nevertheless, the delectable desserts keep me coming back despite this. The treats are simply irresistible, and I can't resist the temptation to visit, even with numerous other boba shops in the same plaza. Parking is plentiful, and if it's not crowded, you can easily find a convenient spot nearby. The interior is cozy, but there's outdoor seating available when the weather is pleasant. Whether it's busy or not your preferred choice, you're guaranteed to find something you like within Little Saigon Plaza!
